Ingredients

* 500g new potatoes, halved
    * 1 tablespoon oil
    * 1 large onion, sliced (250g)
    * 1 tablespoon curry powder medium (15g)
    * 400g can of chopped tomatoes
    * 2 tablespoons mango chutney (40g)

Method

   1st Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook to cook for 15-20 minutes. Drain.
   2nd Meanwhile, the oil pan in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the curry powder and fry min for another second Stir in the chopped tomatoes, mango chutney and potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
   3rd Serve with chicken, sausages or chops.
