* 8 sheets puff pastry (cooled)
    * ½ teaspoon spice mixture Middle East and Bart Baharat
    * 40g butter, melted
    * 180g cooked beetroot (you can find them in the fruit and vegetable section of your supermarket found)
    packMoroccan * 235g couscous salad (chilled)
    * 50g feta cheese, diced, as Kolios Organic
    * 1 tsp cumin
    * Baby-leaf salad, dressed to serve

   1st Preheat the oven to 200 º C, gas level 6
   2nd 2 Lay the puff pastry sheets on a flat surface. Stir the spice mixture into the melted butter. Brush a little of the seasoned butter on a sheet sparingly and place the other sheet on top.
   3rd Cut to give the beets into small pieces in a bowl. Add to mix the couscous salad, feta cheese and spices and combine. Spoon a quarter of that mix together 1 of the short ends of the pastry.
   4th Tuck the long edges of the dough into the ends of the beetroot mixture add make, then roll from the short end of the dough into a rectangular package (like a thick egg roll). Brush seal the seam with butter. Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Brush top of dough with some butter and sprinkle with cumin seeds over the top.
   5th Repeat with remaining ingredients to make a further three plots. In the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with dressed salad leaves.
