Ingredients

* 700g (1lb 9 oz) leek
    375g pack ready-rolled puff pastry *
    * Small bunch sorrel
    * 100g (4 oz) Stilton, crumbled
    50g * (2oz) walnuts, coarsely chopped

Method

   1st Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (375 ° F, gas mark 5). Trim the leeks and wash well under cold running water to remove any sand. Dry thoroughly on paper towels. Roll the puff pastry sheet on a large baking sheet and arrange the leeks and sorrel at the top.
   2nd Sprinkle over the Stilton and walnuts, and bake for 25-30 minutes, until dough is risen and golden on the edges.
