* 2 Pittas bread
* 400g (14oz mature) cheddar cheese, grated
* 4tsp English mustard powder
* Shot bitter beer
* 6 egg yolks
* 2 tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
* 4 eggs
1st Slice open Pittas longitudinal direction.
2nd Preheat the grill and toast pitta on one side only.
3rd Mix the cheese, beer and egg yolks together and spread on the uncooked side of the pitta.
4th Place under the grill and cook until lightly browned.
5th Season and place 3 slices of tomato and a fried egg top of each pitta.
