Ingredients:

    * 2 cups cooked macaroni noodles (whole wheat blend)
    * 2 teaspoons cream butter, cut into pieces
    * 1 / 3 cup cheese, grated reduced-fat choice (cheddar, reduced-fat Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese or shredded

Preparation:

   1st Spread the pasta in a medium, microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle the butter pieces over the top of noodles. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
   2nd Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pasta together and the mixture. Microwave another 30-60 seconds to melt cheese.
