2 2 / 3 c. Water
2 tbsp. Flour
8 ounces beef tips
3 tbsp. Butter
1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
1 package Ramen noodles, beef flavor
1.3 c. Sour cream
1st 03:01 mix cup water and flour and set aside.
2nd Cook meat and mushrooms in a small saucepan with 1 tbsp. Butter until meat is no longer pink.
3rd Add 3.1 Cup water and beef seasoning packet (from Ramen noodles), give the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
4th In a separate pot cook pasta according to package directions. Noodles drain well. Add 2 tbsp. Butter, noodles and set aside.
5th Pour flour-water mixture in the saucepan with beef mixture. Be aware that this will thicken very quickly.
6th Add sour cream and stir until the mixture is smooth. If too runny, add more flour-water mixture and if too thick, a little sour cream.
7th Serve noodles with stroganoff mixture over the top.
