Ingredients:

4 slices whole wheat bread
4.1 c. Peanut butter
2 tbsp. Jelly
2 eggs
4.1 c. Cream
3 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:

1st Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread.
2nd Spread jelly on the other two slices of bread.
3rd Place a piece of each shape together to sandwiches.
4th Place in a bowl, easy egg and cream together.
5th Butter in large skillet over medium heat.
6th Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well.
7th Place in pan and give both sides brown.
8th Serve immediately.
