1 c. high-calorie mashed potatoes, prepared
1.3 c. sliced mushrooms
8 ounces ground beef
1.3 c. Onion, diced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp. Flour
2.1 c. Beef gravy
1 carrot, chopped
4.1 tsp. Marjoram
1st Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2nd Roasted mushrooms, garlic and onion stew, about 7 minutes.
3rd Transfer to bowl mixture.
4th Cook beef until brown in frying pan over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
5th Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.
6th Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, sauce, carrot, Worcestershire, and marjoram.
7th Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8th Spoon beef mixture into a small baking dish or two dishes in the oven safe.
9th Spoon mashed potatoes over top of beef mixture.
10th Bake until heated through and golden brown, about 25 minutes.
11th Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
