Ingredients:

Sweet potato mixture:

1 29-oz. large can of yams, mashed

1 egg, beaten

1.3 c. Butter, melted

1.3 c. brown sugar

Topping:

1.3 c. brown sugar

1.3 c. Butter, melted

1 c. Cornflakes, crumbled

2.1 c. Shredded coconut

1.3 c. Pecans, chopped

Directions:

   1st
      Mix together yams, eggs, butter, brown sugar and the sweet potato mixture to make.
   2nd
      Bake sweet potato mixture for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
   3rd
      While the sweet potato mixture baking, mix the topping ingredients.
   4th
      Once baked sweet potato mixture ready, put topping on top of sweet potato mixture.
   5th
      Bake for another 30 minutes.
