4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
1 egg, beaten
6 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 1 / 2 c. Cream
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
2.3 c. Parmesan
2.1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4.1 c. Vegetable oil


   1st Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
   2nd Dip chicken in egg. Then dip chicken evenly in the seasoned breadcrumbs and coat.
   3rd Oil in a frying pan over medium heat and brown chicken until no longer pink in the middle.
   4th Place chicken in a casserole.
   5th Top each piece of chicken with 1 1 / 2 ounces mozzarella.
   6th Mix together cream, Parmesan, parsley flakes.
   7th Pour cream mixture over the chicken.
   8th Bake for 25 minutes.
