Whole wheat tortilla, low fat, 7 “diameter
2 tbsp. Light cream cheese
1 ounces lean and low sodium turkey cutlets
1 ounces lean and low-sodium ham slice
1 ounces Swiss cheese slice
1 iceberg lettuce leaf
2-3 tomato slices


   1st Place tortilla on a flat surface.
   2nd Spread cream cheese on one side of tortilla.
   3rd Place the lettuce, turkey, ham, Swiss cheese and tomatoes on the cheese on the tortilla (flat).
   4th Bring the sides of the wrap and then roll up in the form of a cylinder.
   5th Wrap each in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
   6th Just before serving, remove the slices in half wraps and plastic film.
