Ingredients:

2.1 whole wheat English muffin
2 tbsp. No added sodium tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
2 tsp. Tomatoes, diced

Directions:

   1st Preheat broiler.
   2nd Place English muffin on a small baking sheet.
   3rd Spread tomato sauce over top of muffin.
   4th Top with cheese.
   5th Sprinkle fresh basil and tomatoes on top.
   6th Crickets, until the cheese is brown and sauce is bubbly.
   7th Serve immediately.
