Ingredients:

    * 15-oz. can beans, drained, liquid reserved chickpeas
    * 2 garlic cloves, minced
    * 1 tsp. Ground cumin
    * 1 tbsp. Olive oil
    * 1 / 2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

   1st Combine chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil into a food processor.
   2nd Blend on low speed, gradually adding reserved garbanzo beans liquid until it reaches the desired consistency.

Serves: 6
