Ingredients:

    * 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and in 1 / 2 inch thick slices
    * Vegetable cooking spray
    * 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    * 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    * 3 / 4 cup unsweetened orange juice
    * 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation:
1st Place potatoes in a 1-liter pot with cooking spray.
2nd Combine cornstarch and brown sugar to give a small bowl.
3rd Add orange and lemon juices, stir well. Pour cover potatoes, and soft bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are and the glaze is thickened.
