Ingredients:

    * 4 pounds red-skinned potatoes, scrubbed new little, (if you use large red potatoes in half, and easy)
    * 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    * 2 tsp dill (dried)
    * 1 whole garlic bulb, peel away the garlic cloves and
    * 3 tablespoons no fat or low-trans fat margarine (with 8 grams of fat per tablespoon), melted

Preparation:

1st Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2nd Place all ingredients in a large bowl, threw the potatoes to coat well.
3rd Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish with a spatula and scrape to all the margarine and spices from the sides of the bowl drizzled over the potatoes in the pan.
4th Bake for about 1 1 / 2 hours or until the potatoes are browned and cooked very slightly.
