* 04.01 cup rice vinegar
* 2 teaspoons sugar
* 2 tsp sweetener Splenda ® (optional)
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* 4 cups of hot medium white rice (or brown rice cooked medium)
1st Add vinegar, sugar, Splenda ® (if desired) and salt to a 2-cup measure and stir to mix. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds or so and then leave to cool.
2nd Drizzle vinegar mixture to measure slowly over hot, cooked rice in an 8-cup or medium bowl, stirring and blending in as you go. After inclusion of the last bit of vinegar, the rice should stick together and take a form more easily.
About 4 cups sticky rice (half cup per serving)
