* 3 slices Louis Rich ® Turkey Bacon
    * 04.01 cup chopped onions
    * 1 / 2 head cabbage, cut into 4 wedges
    * 1 cup low sodium beef or chicken broth
    * 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar or Splenda ®
    * Pepper to taste
    * 1 1 / 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar


1st Add Turkey bacon in large non-stick frying pan and cook over medium heat crispy. Remove to cool on a paper strip. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
2nd Add the onion, with each turkey ham lard bread pan (it will not be much), and cook over medium heat until lightly browned (four minutes).
3rd Add cabbage, broth and sugar in a pan with onions pan. Cover and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cover and cook until cabbage has evaporated Wilts and broth fast (about five minutes), stirring occasionally.
4th Stir in Turkey, bacon and vinegar. Serve immediately.
