Ingredients:

    * 12 medium to large leaves of Swiss chard (red or green), rinsed well cut, the thickest trunk (about one third of the way from the bottom of the page)
    5 oz * 4 to cut or crushed part skim, low moisture mozzarella cheese, the
    * 12 teaspoons tomato paste
    * 6 small tomatoes (or 3 large), quartered
    * About one teaspoon of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb salt-free spices
    * Salt to taste (optional)

Preparation:

   1st 4th place is (still quite wet from being washed) on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on HIGH for about 25 seconds.
   2nd Place the leaves face down on a nonstick sheet lined jelly roll (or similar) with stems up from north to south. Lay 4.1 oz cheese in the center, after a two-inch long rectangle, from north to south. Spread 1 teaspoon tomato puree over the cheese, then top with 2 / 4 (if using small tomatoes, sprinkle) and about 1 / 16 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash over the tomato filling.
   3rd Fold the northern and southern end of the leaf over the filling to give, in the sides to create a burrito-like wrap. Place on jellyroll pan, stick to the top. Repeat with remaining leaves and filling. Preheat oven to grill.
   4th Crickets, with swivel about 6 inches from the heat, for 2 minutes. Wraps Flip over and cook other side another 2 minutes. Sprinkle salt over the edge, if desired.
