Ingredients

* 350g pack Quorn mince
    * 150ml sour cream to serve,
    * 100g Cheddar cheese, grated, to serve

Check you have:

    * 2 tablespoons olive oil
    * 2 red onions, chopped
    * 1 red chilli, finely chopped
    * 2 garlic cloves
    * 1/2tsp smoked paprika
    * 2x400g cans chopped tomatoes
    * 1 teaspoon brown sugar
    * 125ml red wine
    * 420g can mixed beans, rinsed and drained
    * 350g chopped frozen vegetables
    * 135g pack Taco Shells

Method

   1st Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute the onions, chilli and garlic for about 10 minutes until it is soft.
   2nd Add release the Quorn, peppers, tomatoes, sugar and wine, season and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the beans and vegetables and add a further 5 minutes.
   3rd Season to taste, then spoon into taco shells and serve with the sour cream and grated cheddar cheese.
