Ingredients

* 500g cooking easy Farfalle
    * 1 tablespoon olive oil
    * 410g can drained white beans,
    * 1 tbsp green pesto
    * 1 finely chopped red onion
    * 290g can sliced mushrooms, drained
    * 2 chopped zucchini
    * 1 chicken or vegetable stock cubes
    * Water cover

Method

   1st Add the olive oil, onions and zucchini to a large heated pan and let it boil for one minute. Add the mushrooms and stir the ingredients. Once moved, enable, let cook for a further two minutes. Add the white beans and pesto and mix.
   2nd Crumble a stock cube into the pan, add the noodles and all the ingredients mix well.
   3rd Add enough water to cover only the dry ingredients and simmer for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. The liquid will thicken a sauce as the pasta cooks.
   4th Split the shell into four equal portions and serve.
