Ingredients

* 8 large mushrooms
    * 250g of cheese, sliced

Method

   1st Preheat oven to 150 ° C / gas mark second
   2nd Wipe mushrooms clean and remove the stems.
   3rd Cut the cheese into cubes fit between two mushroom caps.
   4th Make a sandwich of two mushrooms with a square of cheese between them.
   5th Secure with a toothpick, and place the mushrooms into greased casserole dish.
   6th Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
