Ingredients

* 1 kg new potatoes
    * 4tbsp olive oil
    * Small bunch of tarragon, chopped

For the dressing

    * 2 tablespoons horseradish EPC lazy
    * 100ml cream
    100ml half-fat crème fraîche *
    * 2 spring onions, sliced

Method

   1st Preheat the oven to Mark 6 / 200 ° C. Place the potatoes in a roasting pan, season and drizzle with oil. Roast for 45-50 minutes, occasionally, until golden brown and tender. With chopped tarragon.
   2nd Mix all ingredients dressing. Thin with water to give consistency of double cream. Drizzle over potatoes.
