Ingredients

* 15ml/1tbsp olive oil
    * 1 red onion, sliced
    * 1 zucchini, cut into pieces
    * 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
    * 5ml/1tsp dried rosemary or oregano
    * 2 x 25cm thin crust pizza bases
    * 1 (200g) fresh salsa Bath
    * 1 (100g) pack fresh goat cheese
    * Freshly ground black pepper

Method

   1st Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6th grade
   2nd Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan, add the onions, peppers and zucchini and sauté over medium heat for 4-5mins. Add the herbs and season with black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Remove from heat.
   3rd Place the pizza bases on a baking sheet and spread half of the fresh salsa on each base. crumble Scatter the vegetables on the pizza and then the goat cheese. Season with pepper and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the bottom is cooked through.
