* 4tbsp olive oil
    * 1 onion, finely chopped
    * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    * 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    * A pinch of dried chili flakes
    * 150ml white wine
    * 850g vine plum tomatoes
    * 1 teaspoon sugar
    * 250g cherry tomatoes, plum
    * 400g dried pasta
    * Basil leaves


   1st 4tbsp Heat olive oil in a medium heat pan. Add 1 onion, finelychopped, and cook, stirring, for 6-8 minutes until they are soft. Stir in 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp tomato puree and a pinch of dried chilli flakes.Cook min for another second
   2nd Add 150ml white wine, let simmer for 1 min, then add850g vine plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 1 tsp and sugar.Season and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirringoccasionally, for 20-30 minutes until thick. Stir in 250g tomatoes and cook for a cherryplum further5 mins. Toss with 400g dried pasta, prepared fresh, and basil leaves.
