* 375g pack ready-rolled puff pastry
    * Ratatouille
    * Thyme
    * Gruyère

Method

   1st Preheat oven to Mark 6/200C. Roll bite one 375g pack ready-rolled puff pastry on a non-stick baking sheet, score a 2.5cm border and the rest. Bake for 10 minutes.
   2nd 2.1 Spoon ratatouille over the dough (not too much liquid), scattering of thyme, sprinkle with Gruyere and bake for 5-10 minutes.
