Ingredients

* 1kg (2 pounds 4 ounces) parsnips, quartered
    * 100 ml (3 ½ fl oz) olive oil
    * 3tbsp liquid honey
    * Whole grain mustard 4tsbp

Method

   1st Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 º, gas mark 6).
