Ingredients

* 3tbsp olive oil
    * 500g potatoes, sliced into pieces
    * 225g carrots, cut into pieces
    * 225g parsnips, cut into pieces
    * 600g pumpkin, peeled and cut into pieces
    * 1 red onion, sliced
    * Juice of 1 / 2 small orange
    * 2 tablespoons of clear honey
    * 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    * Salad to serve

Method

   1st Preheat oven to 200C/gas 6th Heat the oil in a large roasting pan for 5 minutes, until sizzling. Add potatoes to coat cast in the oil and roast for 15 minutes until just beginning to soften on the outside.
   2nd Add the vegetables and throw the other coating in the oil. Roast for another 20 minutes.
   3rd Blend the orange juice, honey and sesame. Season. to throw Pour over the vegetables and the coating. Return to the oven and increase temperature to 220C/gas 7th Roast for 50-10 minutes. Serve with salad.
