Ingredients

* 2 ripe avocados
    * 2 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, cored and chopped
    * Juice of 2 limes
    * 1 small red onion, finely chopped
    * 1 clove garlic, crushed
    * 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves *

Method

   1st Halve the avocados, both to remove the stones, and scrape the flesh into a bowl. Add the lemon juice and puree the avocados with the back of a fork, so you get a little chunky texture. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
   2nd Cover the surface of the guacamole dip with plastic wrap to prevent discoloration and then save it in the fridge until serving.
