* 1 kg sweet potatoes
* 1 kg carrots
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 tablespoons milk
* 150g cheese (e.g. Primula)
* Salt and pepper
1st Peel and cut the sweet potatoes and carrots into cubes. Cooking in a pot of boiling water until soft and tender.
2nd Drain well and mash with the olive oil and milk.
3rd Add the cheese and mix well.
4th Salt and pepper and serve immediately.
