* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 tbsp Balti Spice
* 400g can chopped tomatoes
* 300g can chickpeas, drained
* 225g cauliflower florets
* 300ml vegetable stock
* 250g pack fine green beans, topped and halved
* 15g finely chopped fresh coriander
1st Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and cook for 10 minutes, until soft. Add the Balti Spice min and cook for 1.
2nd Stir in tomatoes, chickpeas, cauliflower florets and the stock, then bring to a boil. Cover and cook for about minutes 15th
3rd Add Add the green beans and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
