* 450g (16 ounces) green beans, trimmed
    * 25g (1oz) butter
    * 30g flaked almonds
    * 1 / 2 tablespoon lemon juice


   1st Cook the beans in lightly salted boiling water for from 3-4 minutes until just tender pan.
   2nd Melt the butter in a pan and add the almonds. Fry golden brown, then lemon juice. Drain the beans and mix with the almonds. Season to taste.
