Ingredients

    * 1 cauliflower
    * 250g mascarpone
    * 1 teaspoon of coarse French mustard
    * 125g grated mature Cheddar
    * 25g grated Parmesan
    * 40g breadcrumbs

Method

   1st Cut a cauliflower into florets and cook for 8 big minutes or until just tender. Drain and dishes in a bowl or individual.
   2nd In a small pan, warm 250g mascarpone with a rounded teaspoon coarse-grained French mustard, grated cheddar 25g grated parmesan 100g mature and, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Spoon over the cauliflower.
   3rd Sprinkle grated cheddar 25g Mix other with breadcrumbs and 40g at the top. Cook in oven at 190 º C / 170 º C fan / Gas 5 for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
