* Cottage cheese or cottage cheese 150g (5oz)
* Stilton cheese 150g (5oz), crumbled
* Sour cream 150g (5oz)
* 2 heaped tablespoons chives, plus extra for garnish
* Add chopped walnuts 50g (2oz), plus extra for garnish
* Paprika for garnish
1st Put cottage cheese, sour cream and Stilton into a bowl and, with the hand or with a hand-held electric mixer until the mixture is fairly smooth. Not to beat or it will spoil the color of the dip.
2nd Carefully mix in chives and walnuts cheese mixture and then spoon into a bowl. Sprinkle with paprika, chives and extra walnuts. Cover with plastic wrap and into the refrigerator until needed.
3rd Serve dip with lightly toasted French bread slices. It also tastes with vegetable crudités.
