* 200g tub ricotta
* 2 garlic cloves, crushed
* 4 x 15cm ready-made tomato-flavored pizza bases
1st Preheat the oven to Mark 7, 220 ° C, 425 ° F. Place the zucchini and onion flavor in a roasting pan and strong. Scatter over half of the oregano, drizzle with half the olive oil and stir well to combine. For fry 6-8 minutes until they are soft.

Tip: Italians often use ricotta cheese on the pizza. It is not the same result as straggly mozzarella, but it is filling and less fat, so you do not feel deprived!
