* 2 zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise with a peeler
    * 2 red onion, thinly sliced
    * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or dried oregano 1/2tsp
    * 11/2tbsp olive oil
    * 200g tub ricotta
    * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    * 4 x 15cm ready-made tomato-flavored pizza bases

   1st Preheat the oven to Mark 7, 220 ° C, 425 ° F. Place the zucchini and onion flavor in a roasting pan and strong. Scatter over half of the oregano, drizzle with half the olive oil and stir well to combine. For fry 6-8 minutes until they are soft.
   2nd Put the curd in a bowl and stir in the remaining garlic and oregano. Spread over pizza bases and top with the vegetables. Season and bake for 8-10 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and serve.

Tip: Italians often use ricotta cheese on the pizza. It is not the same result as straggly mozzarella, but it is filling and less fat, so you do not feel deprived!
