Ingredients

* 4 tomatoes
    * 45ml (3tbsp) olive oil
    * 1 onion, finely chopped
    * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    * 75g (3 oz) fresh breadcrumbs
    * 45ml (3tbsp) fresh
    * Chopped parsley
    * 10ml (2 teaspoons) capers, drained

Method
