* 2 yellow bell pepper, cored and cut into thick slices
    * 150g (5oz) cherry tomatoes, halved

    * 3 4tbsp olive oil
    * 200g (7 oz) French beans, trimmed
    * 4 thick slices country bread
    * 1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
    * 115g (4 ounces) ricotta cheese crumbles,
    * 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


   1st Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (425 ° F, gas mark 7). Mix the paprika, 1 tbsp oregano and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
