Ingredients

* 25g (1oz) butter
    * 200g (7 oz) green cabbage, shredded
    * 4tbsp dry white wine
    * 75g (3 oz) sultanas
    * 50g (2oz) flaked almonds
    * 2 tbsp crème fraiche
    * Salt and black pepper

Method

   1st Heat Heat the butter in a wok or large frying pan. Add the kale and cook stirring for 3 minutes.
   2nd Add the wine and season. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
   3rd Stir in the raisins, almonds and creme fraiche and stir fry for another minute. Serve with a hearty stew.
