* 250g (9 oz strong) white flour, sifted
    * ½ teaspoon salt
    * ½ teaspoon dried simply mix
    * 1 tablespoon olive oil
    * 125ml (4 ½ fl oz) hand hot water
    * 90ml (3 ¼ fl oz) ready-made tomato sauce pizza toppings
    * 55g (2oz) mozzarella cheese, grated
    * 55g (2oz) Cheddar cheese, grated
    * Cherry tomatoes
    * Salami slices, halved
    * Bell pepper strips
    * Ham
    * Can sweet corn


   1st Flour, salt and yeast in a bowl and make a well in the center and add the oil and enough water to soft and smooth (not sticky) to make dough. Turn knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface and about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Put the dough in a lightly oiled clean bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave in a warm place about 1 hour or up to twice as large.
   2nd Turn the dough on a lightly floured work surface and knead for 2-3 minutes. Roll the dough into four equal amounts and then place each in a round of about 12cm (4in) in diameter and on a slightly greased baking sheet. Let stand risen for another 30 minutes or until the dough.
   3rd Preheat oven to 200 ° C/400 ° F / gas mark 6th
   4th Spread the tomato sauce over the bases then mix together cheese and sprinkle evenly over the basics. Use half the remaining ingredients to top the pizza, for example with the tomato slices for eyes, salami or bell pepper strips for a mouth, ham strips as hair, sweet corn as teeth or eyeballs, etc, until you have a family fun pizza faces.
   5th Cook until golden brown in a preheated oven for 80-10 minutes or until the crust is bubbling and the topping. Using a spatula, lift at the base of the baking sheet and check the dough in the middle is cooked properly. Serve immediately with salad or vegetables.
