* 400g (14oz) broccoli purple flowers
* 75g (3 oz) goat cheese
* 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1st Steam the broccoli in a steamer or in a colander over a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes or until just tender pan.
2nd Transfer to a heatproof dish crumble over the cheese and drizzle over the oil. Season to taste.
3rd Place under the preheated grill for 2-3 minutes until they are lightly browned.
