* 4 small beets, peeled and halved
    * 2 tablespoons olive oil
    * 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    * 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
    * Salt and freshly ground black pepper


   1st Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F, gas mark 6).
