Ingredients

* 450g (1lb) parsnips, scrubbed and quartered
    * 1 tbsp soy sauce
    * 1 tablespoon honey
    * 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    * 2cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
    * 2 tablespoons olive oil
    * 225g (8oz) baby onions, peeled

Method

   1st Preheat oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F, gas mark 6).
   2nd Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the parsnips and par-boil min for 5 min. Drain and return to the pan to dry.
   3rd Mix the soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, ginger and oil in a large bowl.
   4th Add the parsnips and onions and throw to overcast.
   5th Place uncovered in a shallow roasting pan and cook, occasionally cook for 25 minutes, sticky and golden brown.
