* 1 tablespoon oil
* 2 ½ cm (1 inch) pieces ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
* ½ cabbage, shredded
* 150g (5oz) sugar peas
* 150g (5oz) sugar snap peas
* 2 oranges
* 1 tbsp sesame seeds
* 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1st Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the ginger and add 1 min.
2nd Add cabbage and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the snow peas and sugar snap peas and stir fry for 3 minutes.
3rd Peel and segment an orange. Add the sesame, soy sauce, the juice from remaining orange, and orange segments. Stir-fry for another minute second The vegetables should still crisp. Serve immediately with noodles.
