Ingredients

* 5 zucchini
    * 3tbsp olive oil
    * 3tbsp Harissa paste
    * Lemon juice
    * Small sprigs of thyme

Method

   1st Cut the zucchini into thick lengths. Mix the oil and harissa paste and gently throw the zucchini.
   2nd Heat a frying pan frying pan and cook the zucchini for a couple of minutes on each side until they are soft, with black stripes.
   3rd Transfer to a warm bowl and add lemon juice and a pinch of thyme before serving.
