* 1 tablespoon olive oil
    * 2cm fresh ginger, peeled and minced
    * About ½ teaspoon finely chopped red chilli
    * 175g (6 oz) green beans (often called French beans or round), trimmed and halved
    * Squeeze fresh lime juice
    * Pinch light muscovado sugar
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander *


   1st Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the ginger and chilli and fry for 1 minute.
   2nd Add the beans and stir fry over a brisk heat for 2-3 minutes or until the beans are soft but still retain a crunch. Add the lime juice, spice, sugar and coriander and taste. Add to taste a little more lime or sugar. Serve immediately.
