Ingredients

* 150g (5oz), fine beans, top and tailed
    * Grated peel ½ lemon unwaxed
    * 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
    * 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    * 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method

   1st In a small bowl, combine the gremolata ingredients.
   2nd Bring a cup of slightly salted water to boil and add the fine beans. Cook for 4-5 minutes until al dente. Drain well and heated in a small vegetable dish.
   3rd Sprinkle the gremolata over the beans, drizzle with the olive oil and serve immediately.
