* 500g (1lb 2oz) Brussels sprouts, garnished
* 40g (1 1/2oz) unsalted butter
2 teaspoons cumin *
* 60ml (2 4.1 fl oz) dry vermouth, Noilly Prat as
1st Cook brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and refresh in a bowl with ice water. Drain, cover and leave to cool.
2nd Heat the butter in a pan. Add seeds and let them color for a minute before stirring in Brussels sprouts.
3rd Until the heat and add vermouth. Cook, stirring at high heat for 1 min.
