Ingredients

* 300g (11 oz) green beans
    * 5tbsp sour cream
    * 4tbsp double cream
    * 1 tablespoon chopped capers
    * 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    * Zest of ½ lemon

Method

   1st Cook the beans in boiling water until they are soft (about 5 minutes). While they are cooking, mix the cream, sour cream, lemon zest, mustard and capers.
   2nd Once the beans are cooked, season strong, and pour the mixture over.
