Ingredients

* 1 x 185g (6 ½ oz), naan bread, 2 cm (¼ average) cubes
    * 3 large eggs, beaten
    * 200g (7 oz) cooked potatoes, cut into cubes
    * ½ small onion, finely chopped
    * 60g (2 ¼ oz) cooked peas
    * 50g (2oz) Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons olive oil *
    * Salt and pepper

Method

   1st Preheat oven to 200 º C/400 º F / Gas Mark 6 or grill.
   2nd Mix the naan, peas, potatoes, onions and cheese and season.
   3rd Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Add the egg to the mixture, mix well and spoon into the hot oil.
   4th Cook for 2-3 minutes, are then displayed either in a preheated oven or under the grill for 10 minutes to short.
   5th Cool, then cool thoroughly. Serve cut into wedges and.
