Ingredients

* 2 x 200g packets tofu
    * Chinese 5 Spice
    * Vegetable oil
    * 150g packet of Chinese mushrooms
    * 150g (5oz) sugar peas
    * Soy sauce
    * Oyster sauce
    * 2 x 150g packs Amoy Straight to wok Rice Noodles
    * Spring onions

Method

   1st Mix sliced, cut the tofu into strips, 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice. Fry in vegetable oil until crispy, drain then.
   2nd Stir-fry of Chinese mushrooms and snow peas, cut into strips, then cut to add 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
   3rd Add the rice noodles and heat through. Serve the noodles with tofu and sprinkle chopped spring onions.
