* 800g (1lb 12 oz) butternut pumpkin, peeled and cut into small pieces
    * 1-2 red chillies, seeded and chopped
    * 5 sprigs thyme
    * 2-3tbsp olive oil
    * 200g (7 oz) green beans
    * 400g (14oz) fusilli pasta
    * 100g (4 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved


   1st Place the pumpkin, chilli and thyme in a roasting pan with olive oil. Roast at 200 ° C (400 ° F, gas mark 6) for 20-25 minutes.
   2nd Cook the beans in boiling water until just tender, then drain and refresh under cold water.
   3rd Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain well, then bring the tomatoes, stir beans and fried pumpkin. Season and serve grated Parmesan cheese and a glass of chilled white wine.
